CANCELLATION POLICY
SIMPLE & UNDERSTANDABLE
We know things happen, and we want to assure you we want to make your European tennis experience as comfortable as possible. Therefore, we will do our best to work with you in case of any cancellations.
We reserve the right the make the decision whether the camp takes place or not up to 30 days prior the camp. We do not recommend purchasing flight tickets before our confirmation 30 days before the camp.
Adult Tennis & Culture Camp
Camp #1: June 21 - July 30
Camp #2: July 12 - July 21
- Cancel up to 90 days before start of the camp for a full refund
- Cancel up to 30 days before start of the camp for a 50% refund
- If you cancel less than 30 days before start of the camp), there is no refund.
Additional Information
- In case we have to cancel the whole camp, we will refund you the full amount you paid.
- In case of cancellation due to COVID-19 and less than 30 days before the camp - please work with your travel insurance.
